I am originally from the small town of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa. Throughout school I was involved in: Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, Track, Cheerleading, and Band! I attended The University of South Dakota, where I earned my B.S. Degree in Education. I have a double major 
of Special Education and Elementary Education and a minor in Reading. While working in Tea, I have taught in the High School life skills room, worked with 4th through 12th graders on Reading Intervention, and currently teach in the Middle School Resource Room. In my free time I enjoy going to see my family in Iowa City, attending Iowa Hawkeye football games, baking and being outdoors!
